Payment, Workflow & Content

♡ Payment Rules — USD via PayPal & Cashapp only. You will be given 24 hours to pay after a sketch is shown or a quote is delivered. Non-payment within 24 hours results in immediate cancellation, and any progress made up to that point will be repurposed as a YCH. It is your responsibility to confirm payment has gone through.♡ Turnaround & Queue — TAT is 3 Months. Completion generally takes up to 3 to 4 months depending on queue length. Please do not rush me for a commission; pressuring for updates will result in an immediate private blacklist after your piece is completed. If unforeseen delays occur, I will personally notify you.♡ Workflow & Revisions — Sketch Stage Approval. I work best with some artistic freedom! WIPs will be sent via your original contact method. All major pose/design changes must be requested during the sketch phase. Once the sketch is approved, no major edits will be made unless an Extensive Changes Pass is purchased. Errors made on my end regarding provided refs are fixed free of charge.♡ Will / Won't Draw — Style Focus: Feral & Anthro Canines/Animals are my forte!
ALLOWED: Ferals, Anthros, Gore, NSFW (18+ only; ask directly), Most Original Species, Monsters, Pokémon, Complicated Designs, Mechas (⚠).
DISALLOWED: Humans, Any sort of hateful content, Drug scenarios (besides marijuana).

COPYRIGHT & POLICY

♡ Image Copyright — Exclusive Rights Retained. I retain full rights to the original artwork. All pieces are strictly for non-commercial personal use. Redistribution for printed merchandise, promotional goods, commercial pages, AI dataset training, or NFTs is strictly prohibited. If you wish to keep your commission private, you must state so upon ordering.♡ Reposting Rules — Clickable Link Required. You have permission to repost your commissioned artwork as long as visible credit is given in the form of a direct link back to my Instagram or Twitter. Watermarks/signatures must remain intact. If you do not own the character(s), do not repost the image.♡ Alterations & Tracing — Strictly Prohibited. Altering artwork in any way without prior permission is prohibited (cropping/resizing for icons is permitted). Using my art to trace or repurpose image elements is forbidden.♡ Behavior & Cancellations — Safety First. I do not accept orders from private, alt, or new accounts. Account deletion, voluntary cancellation, or safety violations (e.g., severe/harmful bewares, zoophilia, pedophilia/MAP, diaper fetishism, or unsafe conduct) will result in immediate termination without completion or refund. Work created up to that point will be repurposed into a YCH or base.

Transfer, Resale & Edits

ADOPTABLE & DESIGN TERMS♡ Resale Cap — Original Purchase Price. Designs bought or adopted from me may not be resold for a higher price than originally purchased, unless additional commissioned art has been attached to the character. Gifted or traded designs retain a $0 base value unless paid art is added.♡ Trading & Gifting — Permitted Anytime. You are completely free to trade or gift my character designs at any time. Please ensure character ownership logs (such as on Toyhouse) are updated to reflect the new owner!♡ Redesign Guidelines — Keep Recognizable. Minor edits, clothing tweaks, gender changes, and slight markings updates are allowed. However, the original artwork itself must remain unedited, and the character should still closely resemble its original design concept.♡ Visual Reference Guidelines — Accuracy Disclaimer. When ordering custom character designs, provide clear visual references or moodboards. Linking to large gallery folders may lead to minor visual discrepancies or shading interpretations.

Rights, Intellectual Property & Misconduct

DESIGN OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS♡ Personal Ownership — Full Personal Rights. Upon receiving full payment, you own the character design for personal use (stories, roleplay, commissioned art, animations). You may not claim the original art/design creation as your own.♡ Commercial Restrictions — Licensing Required. Character designs cannot be used for commercial merchandise production, indie game development, VTubing monetization, or corporate branding without an explicit commercial license agreement.♡ Creator Attribution — Always Credit. Please credit sanctusmutt as the original design creator on character indexing sites (Toyhouse, Artfight, masterlists, etc.) and whenever re-uploading original reference sheets.⚠ Disputes & Chargebacks — Filing an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute on a character design sale will result in an immediate revocation of ownership rights, blacklisting, and public reclamation of the design.

Allowed Usage & Rules

BASE & ASSET USAGE♡ Allowed Uses — Adopts, Reference Sheets & Customs. You MAY use my bases to create personal artwork, design adoptables (flat sales, auctions, OTA), fill base transfers, or complete custom design commissions for clients.♡ Lineart Edits — Full Customization Encouraged! You are welcome to edit lineart, add accessories, mix/match features, or modify expressions to fit your characters. However, edits do not transfer lineart copyright to you.♡ Mandatory Credit — Link Required. You must give clear and visible lineart credit to sanctusmutt whenever posting adoptables or artwork made using my digital assets or bases.♡ Commercial Asset Rights — Small-Scale Adoptables. Creating and selling adoptable designs on my bases counts as allowed commercial usage for digital adopts. Mass physical manufacturing is not permitted without a license.

Distribution & Prohibited Actions

ASSET RESTRICTIONS & SECURITY♡ Strict No-Sharing Policy — Individual License Only. Purchased PSD, PNG, or vector base files are strictly non-transferable. You may NOT share, leak, redistribute, or resell the raw base files, brush files, or transparent layers to anyone else under any circumstances.♡ Standard Commission Restrictions — No Base-Filling. You may not use my bases to fill standard art commissions or YCHs unless the customer explicitly requested a design on that specific base file.♡ Merchandise Restrictions — No Physical Merch. Bases and digital assets cannot be printed onto physical merchandise (stickers, shirts, acrylic charms, prints) for mass commercial sale without a dedicated commercial add-on license.⚠ Violations, file leaking, or unapproved redistribution of digital assets will lead to an immediate permanent blacklist, DMCA takedowns, and revocation of usage rights for all owned assets.

Blacklisting Reasons & Offenses

OFFENSES THAT LEAD TO A BLACKLIST♡ Payment Violations — Chargebacks & Ghosting. Issuing unauthorized chargebacks/disputes, ghosting on approved invoice payments, or failing to pay within the 24-hour window without communication.♡ Usage & Copyright Theft — Art & Asset Theft. Using artwork commercially without permission, training AI models on my work, minting NFTs, tracing, or leaking/redistributing base PSD files.♡ Client Misconduct — Harassment & Pressuring. Repeatedly rushing turnaround times, harassment in DMs, extreme rudeness, or failing to adhere to commission boundaries after warnings.♡ Safety & Ethical Violations — Immediate Permanent Blacklist. Severe safety hazards or participation in illegal/harmful behavior (e.g., zoophilia, pedophilia/MAP, diaper fetishism, hate speech, or receiving public harmful bewares).

Blacklist Terms & Consequences

CONSEQUENCES OF BEING BLACKLISTED♡ Permanent Service Ban — No Future Orders. Blacklisted individuals are permanently banned from commissioning me, buying adoptables, downloading bases, or joining waitlists/raffles.♡ Order Termination — Immediate Cancellation. If discovered on the blacklist mid-commission, the order is immediately terminated without refund. Progress made will be repurposed as a YCH or base.♡ Alt / Proxy Ordering — Forbidden. Attempting to circumvent a blacklist using alt accounts, fake names, or having a friend order for you will result in the proxy buyer being blacklisted as well.♡ Adopt / Asset Revocation — Revocation of Rights. If a chargeback or severe theft occurs, character design rights or base access rights are immediately revoked and reclaimed publicly.⚠ Note: Blacklists are kept private by default, but public bewares/advisories may be issued in severe cases of fraud, theft, or safety concerns.
